Hi Mike, If it was me, I would fit a Weber 34 DMS[A] from a 124 Spider, or from many sport cars from the 1970's. Should fit straight on, and give more performance. Parts are easy to get hold of. Try asking the Spider clubs. A carb should be available from say a scrap car,

Well, there was about 4 different manifold design through 1960's to the 1980's, but its the stud pattern and design that stayed mainly the same, that is important. The worst problem here to make it fit, would be to fit the 124 Spider manifold as well. But Iam sure the carb will fit straight on the 125 manifold.

| Carb will fit manifold but the 125 has a linkage on the side of the cambox for the hand throttle and most of the chokes foul it , the 125 hasent a cable |

Just fit a choke cable, or get an auto choke carb. Why do you need a hand cable? Just remove the cam box linkage, and maybe utilise it for the choke cable. All the hand cable does, is open the throttle, and Fiat soon dropped the idea. Its a matter of getting a smooth throttle cable run and choke cable run. So you may have to fettle a linkage to make it work, but well worth the effort.
